. Warranty/Guarantee faulty product upon receipt We guarantee that we will replace any product including Brix that are faulty within two days of receipt of goods. 2. What do I do if my Pauer jewellery is lost or stolen? The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend insurance cover is advisable on all valuable jewellery. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights. 3. Can my Pauer jewellery be repaired? If your Pauer Codebreaker Collection jewellery breaks within the warranty then the Pauer eSTORE will replace the item. 4. My jewellery has broken outside of warranty/guarantee, what should I do? Please send a detailed photographs to our Pauer eSTORE. We will assess the damage and if it is repairable, then advise. If your jewelry is repairable please send your jewellery for repair at a small cost. Charges must be paid to the Pauer eSTORE. 5. My jewellery has broken and I don’t have a receipt, what should I do?
